B & M Drilling has a long standing history in servicing many clients in the Burdekin area; specialising in domestic, commercial and farm pump and bore designs, excavation, trenching and auger boring. We are dedicated to offering effective equipment, and supplying experienced workmanship to suit a wide variety of ground conditions.
Our experienced crew are fully trained in all aspects of safety and they are totally self-sufficient in the field when the need arises. Our boring equipment is amongst the best maintained in the region, providing greater competency and efficiency to each project.

Equipment Hire
For those jobs where you need a bit of extra heavy duty help we have the following equipment for hire.
The equipment can be hired wet or dry and optionally with an operator.
Bobcat with Auger and Trencher
The Bobcat is a great little workhorse, making light of those jobs.
The Auger fitting can drill holes from 300mm to 1 metre in diameter.
The trencher can cut trenches 100mm wide and up to 1 metre deep.
2.5 tonne Excavator with Buckets
The Excavator buckets range from 300mm to 1200mm.
The Excavator also has a Rockbreaker and a Ripper.

How to find us
It is very easy to find us as we are right on the Bruce Highway heavy vehicle bypass in Ayr.
Please see the map below.
Approaching from south of Ayr
Heading north on the Bruce Highway pass through Home Hill and across the famous Burdekin Bridge. When you get to the roundabout just outside Ayr, bare left onto the heavy vehicle bypass. Pass the Ayr railway station on the left, then you will see our building five hundred meters further on the right hand side.
Approaching from north of Ayr
Heading south on the Bruce Highway pass through Brandon towards Ayr. Just after you enter the Ayr 80kph zone turn right onto the heavy vehicle bypass (Jones St). The road curves to the left and changes into Railway St. You will see our building about a kilometre further on the left hand side.
